And because you need to change\nout your aligners every other week, it is important to keep your dental\nappointments to check progress and address any issues.\n\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n\n<strong>Keep the trays in. <\/strong>You will need to wear your\naligners 22 hours a day. As much as you want to give your mouth a break, don\u2019t.\nRemoving the trays will only delay your treatment process and possibly damage\nthe aligners.\n\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n\n<strong>Don\u2019t stray from dietary restrictions. <\/strong>Just like with\nbraces, you are going to have dietary restrictions. Follow them.
